Main responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and develop Mathematics lessons for High School students, with a focus on the IB Diploma Programme (DP). Promote inquiry-based, rigorous, and student-centered learning experiences that develop conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, modeling, and problem-solving skills. Teach topics such as functions, calculus, algebra, statistics, and probability, integrating real-world contexts and fostering critical thinking. Prepare students for internal and external assessments, ensuring alignment with IB standards. Use diagnostic, formative, and summative assessment practices, with clear criteria and continuous feedback.
