Mathematics Academic Coordinator

Summary

We are looking to hire a Mathematics Academic Coordinator to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for monitoring tutors, ensuring that their performance and the sessions they give meet the required standards, and facilitating communication between the tutors and cross-functional teams.



Responsibilities



+ Collaborate with the Discipline Supervisor in assessing and shortlisting potential tutors to take final selection decisions



+ Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for newly hired freelance tutors to familiarize them with Nagwa’s apps and the work process



+ • Follow up on tutors’ and freelancers’ assignments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards



+ Track and review tutors’ and freelancers’ progress using appropriate systems and tools, and report performance updates to the Discipline Supervisor
