The Role

The Math Designer is the author of the mathematical model behind every Maharlika title. Mathownership is in-house at Maharlika as a non-negotiable strategic decision. External studios implement the math in code; they do not design it. The Math Designer translates Maharlika’s signature mechanics and player experience commitments into concrete mathematical specifications that studios execute against.
