Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a progressive commercial dairy operation in Wisconsin who is seeking a motivated and dependable Maternity / Youngstock Manager to oversee the maternity and youngstock areas of the dairy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with cattle and employees while helping maintain strong herd health and calf development programs. The employer is open to considering candidates ranging from recent college graduates with dairy backgrounds to individuals with previous maternity or youngstock management experience. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a structured dairy environment.
