Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist

Job Summary

Fraser Health, in collaboration with the UBC Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine, is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Specialist to fill a temporary position. The funded position will involve a variety of clinical care, academics, and include MFM on‑call service in Fraser Health. Clinical work will include pre‑conception and antenatal care for both inpatients and outpatients. This is an excellent time for US‑trained physicians to consider relocating, thanks to recent regulatory changes in British Columbia which allow eligibility for full speciality class licensure based on American Board of Medical Specialties certification.

Qualifications

• FRCSC in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completion of a Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship program approved by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
• Eligibility for, or full licensure with, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
