• Provide outreach services, pre‑ and postnatal support, informing communities about the Maternal Child Health Program.
• Provide services to clients supported by evidence, research and multidiscipline expertise on the wide range of health, social, and program‑specific issues related to health care services within First Nation communities and CSFS clinics. <...
