Materials Handler Leader

Summary This position is located within a National Interagency Support Cache (NISC). This position involves warehousing and materials handling activities that include receiving, storing, repairing, refurbishing, and shipping supplies, equipment, and materials. Responsibilities Leads on a regular and recurring basis, at least 50% of the time, leading and mentoring three or more permanent and temporary employees to achieve materials handling operations. Provides training in operation of mechanized equipment, utility vehicles, forklifts, automated equipment, inventory, and/or requisition data in automated warehouses. Provides instruction on and/or performs a variety of duties including handling, delivering, and warehousing materials including hazardous, flammable, and temperature sensitive products.
