Materials Engineer

The Role -

Amphenol Aerospace is seeking a Materials Engineer to work out its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY. 

The Materials Engineer performs polymer materials activities, selections, and interpretations related to technical design and manufacturing support for engineering materials and processes. Performs laboratory projects on a service basis to design engineering, manufacturing engineering, production, procurement, and quality control.  Activities include characterization, specification, and approval of materials and processes to support/expand product lines in accordance with Amphenol's strategic plans.
