Job Description

 The Materials Buyer is responsible of the purchasing activities of assigned Purchase Requisitions in compliance with Corporate and Project Procedures and under the supervision of the Purchasing Group Leader.
  Key Activities & Responsibilities 
 preparation of bidder lists;
 commercial tabulation of suppliers offers
 economic and contractual negotiation of orders and associated purchasing terms and conditions
 issue of Purchase Orders and any revision
 support and cooperate with the Project Procurement Manager / Coordinator during the development of the supplies in case of any commercial problem with Vendors (such as claims, change order request, Liquidated Damages discussion, etc.)
  Personal Attributes: 
 diploma or degree in technical discipline (civil engineering)
 3/5 years experience in buying technical materials in engineering company or building equipment and systems ;
