Materials Analyst

Our client is looking to hire for a Materials Analyst with understanding of complex supply chains and inventory control systems.

Responsible for supporting production scheduling – press shop and assembly - optimizing supply chains, managing inventories; identifying ways to reduce costs while providing support to ensure safety, quality, productivity and delivery requirements that exceed customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates and schedules on time production following established procedures
• Analyze and forecast material requirements based on production schedules and business needs
• Min/max inventory level review and provide suggestions for adjustment to align inventory level goals
• Excess and obsolete inventory analysis and suggested inventory usage strategy to minimize scrap inventory
• Conduct regular audits of material inventories to report on stock levels and discrep...
