Material Supervisor - Night Shift

What you will do

Supporting our Data Center Solutions (DCS)/Silent‑Aire group, you will oversee a team of inventory, picking, tool crib, handlers, and shipping/receiving. You will be responsible for managing the team that fulfills production orders, receives and ships material, and transacts in the ERP system.

How you will do it

Perform regular data analysis to predict potential inventory issues and develop mitigation strategies while fostering outstanding organizational and problem‑solving skills to address inventory-related challenges efficiently. Manage employee scheduling, including shifts, breaks, and vacations, to ensure adequate staffing levels. Monitor and review employee performance, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
