**Role Purpose**

+ Support Corning glass / ceramic technology development and manufacturing process development in Asia.
+ Build MTE Asia Material Science and Engineering technical capability to enable Corning Asia growth through stronger process performance, quality, and technology transfer.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead process improvement experiments and manufacturing studies; apply statistical analysis to identify root causes of process upsets and implement corrective actions.
+ Use data-driven methods to reduce cycle time, improve manufacturing efficiency, and reduce yield loss; drive sustainable process control improvements.
+ Support process engineering for finished products, including final inspection, data collection, and quality control methods to meet customer specifications.
