Material planner manager

Role PurposeAs a Planning Leader, you will lead the production planning team at the site, ensuring effective scheduling to meet customer demand while balancing material and resource constraints and inventory targets. You will also play a key role in the monthly SIOP process, data preparation, and supervising MPS and detailed production planning.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning: Develop daily and weekly production plans, including resource allocation, monitoring, and reporting.
Operations Management: Provide operational support and supervise transactional operations areas.
Continuous Improvement: Review existing processes and generate ideas for efficiency improvements.
Performance Management: Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, and ensure quality and timeliness.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate meetings, actions, and events to strengthen collaboration.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote safe working practices.
