• •Spare Part Receiving and Issuing
• •Ensure its accuracy against system's records to minimize stock variances.
• •Prevent any pilferage and loss of stock.
• •Provide periodical stock status and clear redundant stock.
• •Provide stock status to engineering department for spare parts return.
• •Stock allocation and issuance
• •Ensure stock is allocated and issued to respective ticket request.
• •Arrange all goods in an orderly manner in the store and ensure the stock is kept in an organized manner.
• •Stock take
• •Carry out stock take activities and submit relevant reports to manager.
• •Prevent unnecessary stocking and near JIT concept to minimize handling cost.
• •Expensed Sales Order in ERP System
• •Keep track of spare parts' movements and ensure stocks are replenished in a timely manner.
• •Processing of OPEX order with right WBSE and PR Type.
