Job Description

We are looking for a Material Manager to oversee procurement, material tracking, and logistics support for depot-level maintenance operations at the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC). The Material Manager will work closely with maintenance planning teams, contractors, and Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) to ensure that all material requirements are met efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of logistics systems and experience managing material procurement, tracking, and disposal.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify, initiate, and coordinate procurement orders for planned and emergent material requirements necessary for depot-level maintenance

  • Provide technical research and logistical support to Waterfront Operations (WFO) maintenance planning teams to meet mission requirements
