Material Handling Personnel

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Material Handling Personnel to join their team. As a Material Handling Personnel, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting production and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Material Handling Personnel

**Location:** Kalkaska, MI

**Pay Range: $16.60/hr**

**Shift:** Monday-Thursday 4:00am-2:30pm, with mandatory overtime on Fridays 6:00am-2:00pm, and some Saturdays if required

**What's the Job?**

+ Conduct walk-around inspections of equipment at the start of each shift
+ Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
+ Operate a weigh scale to support production needs
+ Load stock and support billet feeding processes
+ Assist with dumping scrap and supporting shop operations as needed
