Material Handling Coordinator

The Material Handling Coordinator will support the material handling operations, including ground rigging, warehouse coordination, and forklift order management. This position ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance through effective coordination with internal teams, customers, vendors, and leadership.

Key Contributions of the Role

+ Conduct on-site and virtual audits of material handling operations during events to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

+ Manage and monitor material handling inboxes and ensure timely responses, proper routing, and follow-through on all requests.

+ Process and complete Warehouse Live items to support accurate data transfer and system updates.

+ Generate and manage forklift order tickets and ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
