**Job Overview**

+ Leading a team in the warehouse, ensuring training, and personal development within your shift.
+ Manage warehouse staff, materials and equipment assigned to the different process in the warehouse (receiving, storage, put away, picking and shipping.
+ Ensure knowledge and adherence to the warehouse and plant standards.
+ Analyze deviations in the processes, KPI’s and / or standards within the area of responsibility, ensuring the deviations are properly escalated to shift supervisor.
