**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Material Handler to join our first shift team. This role is pivotal in managing inventory, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring effective communication with leadership to facilitate a smooth site shutdown. You will be responsible for packing products and dispatching them to different sites.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform daily inventory counts, cycle audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
+ Maintain accurate records and notes on stock movement, damages, and adjustments.
+ Communicate inventory status and issues to management and team leads.
+ Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound delivery.
+ Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and barcode scanners safely.
+ Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization.
