**Job Description**

The Material Handler / Floorperson safely moves, prepares, and stages materials to support production and customer needs. This role uses forklifts and other material handling equipment to place and retrieve products, prepares raw materials according to job specifications, and maintains clean, efficient work areas. The position combines hands-on material preparation with occasional forklift operation in a manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Place and retrieve products from designated storage areas using forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure production and customer requirements are met.
+ Receive incoming materials and products, and load and unload trucks as needed.
+ Prepare materials for production by identifying required materials, mixing materials to job specifications, and ensuring correct quantities and blends.
