Material Handler

**Description**

The role of the Material Handler is to ensure that warehouse materials are adequately packaged/preserved to meet Customer delivery requirements.
Key accountabilities:
• Perform tasks associated with the receipt, storage, inventory cycle count and shipment of product, while meeting productivity, quality, safety, business conduct and attendance expectations.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements in the storage, handling and movement of product.
• Report inventory discrepancies of his/her findings or any inventory related variance to their lead/supervisor.
• Stocking of all incoming shipping and warehouse supplies.
• Functions may include, but are not limited to unloading, put-away, sorting, labelling, picking, packing, replenishing, cycle count auditing, shipping, making boxes, etc.
