Material Handler

**Material Handler – 2nd Shift | Brighton, MI 48116**
Pay Rate: $21.57/hr • Start: ASAP • Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2:30pm–10:30pm (Saturday as required)
**Duties/Responsibilities**
** **_Please Note*_** This position is a **very physically demanding job** .
• Perform repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting; must keep up with the physical demands • Stack and pack products from production lines onto pallets per guidelines
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
• Periodically inspect products using required tools
• Complete documentation for production, product ID, and quality
• Communicate order status, construction, and quality with operators
• Strap skids, clean work area using pallet jacks, support other operators as needed
• Adhere to all safety rules and wear required PPE; participate in hazard recognition
• Maintain housekeeping by clearing scrap material, sweeping, and removing debris
