Champion Personnel is hiring for a fast-growing manufacturing company in Aurora, OH!
? Pay: $20/hr
? Location: Aurora, OH
? Type: Contract-to-Hire
? Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
? What You’ll Do:
Move materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks
Stage materials for production
Pick, pack, and scan orders
Operate handheld scanners and electric pallet jacks
Use a sit-down tow motor (forklift)
? Requirements:
1–2 years of material handling experience
Tow motor (sit-down forklift) experience required
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly
Comfortable being on your feet all day
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Steel toe boots required
