Strategic Planning & Development:Develop and lead a competitive pricing strategy for materials, ensuring effective and streamlined costing procedures in partnership with Development, Commercial, Material teams, internal Costing, and Tier-2 suppliers.
Drive cross-functional implementation of material costing initiatives that align with company goals.
Operational & Task Management:
Oversee pricing operations for upper materials, ensuring alignment with each brand’s timelines and profitability expectations.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (design, development, dev-com, material, costing) to support value-driven decision-making across all footwear projects.
