Material Coordinator

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering or supply chain, logistics or in related field.
• Experience working with Oil & Gas industry

Responsibilities:

Material Planning & Coordination

• Review material requirements from project engineer based on project schedules, work packs, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory executive and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Assist logistic and inventory executive for forecast and plan material needs for upcoming project phases.

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming materials and equipment at warehouse.
• Verify delivery against purchase orders, packing lists, and material certificates.
• Coordinate with yard supervisor for material inspections, testing and approvals.

Storage & Inventory Management

• Assist logistic and inventory executive for maintain accurate inventory records....
