Overview of the role:

The Material Coordinator is responsible for the assigned Project Stores activities including receiving deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting stores transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory of the Project.

What you will do:

1. Manage the receiving, handling, inspecting, distribution, storage and inventory control of all material that come in and out.
2. Plan layout, prepare bin arrangement, logistics plan and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage.
3. Maintain quality of all incoming items, communicate all delays or variances in incoming items to the appropriate parties.
4. Maintain strict control on tools inventory.
