Job Description
Job Purpose
Based on MRP, MPS, inventory, and supplier LT, execute material demand planning, shortage warnings, and supply plan confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
Run MRP to analyze PRs, POs, inventory, open demand, open supply, and exception messages. Output shortage reports, pull-in/push-out/cancel suggestions, and track procurement fulfillment results. Maintain material parameter suggestions, including safety stock, MOQ, SPQ, LT, planner code, and ABC classification. Confirm the availability status of key work orders daily to proactively identify material risks for the next 2-8 weeks. Drive E&O/slow-moving reviews, providing attribution of responsibility and consumption plans.
