Material Controller

Responsibilities

• Performs SAP Materials Reservation and on-time Goods Receipt (GR) for the withdrawal of packaging and raw materials for use in production.
• On time Goods Issuance (GI) of Finished Product to Finished Goods Warehouse.
• Maintains and control materials inventory in the shop-floor.
• Receiving, issuance, monitoring and control of other supplies and operating supplies.
• Overall lead in the management of Fit for Reprocess (FFR) materials.
• Acts as reliever in the absence of production controller.
• Review Production Schedule per shift to control materials withdrawal and ensure Production will not run out of stocks to use.
• Checks beginning inventory of raw materials and packaging and coordinate or inform production supervisor and production planner if inventory falls to critical level and provide necessary adjustment.
