Material Area Supervisor

• Lead teams of hourly employees and support daily production.
• Act as centralized resource for Plant Production Operations Centers, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Production Control Operations teams.
• Ensure correct processes in material shipping, receiving, and delivery activities to enable the plant to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain quality and operational systems per standards and ensure optimal operator certification.
• Troubleshoot problems and allocate resources and manpower to resolve issues without impacting plant throughput performance.
• Coordinate all activities in material logistics handling responsibilities.
• Directly manage a team of hourly employees, accountable for hiring, training, performance, and retention.
