Masters of Social Work (MSW) - Perinatal and Paediatrics

Position Summary: The Social Worker is a key member of the multidisciplinary team, and provides treatment modalities that may include individual and family therapy, group work, consultation, case navigation, crisis intervention, community outreach and advocacy in a manner that is consistent with the Quinte Health values and that reflects the core values of Patient and Family Centered Care (dignity, respect, information sharing, participation, and collaboration).
