Master Scheduler

Role Description

The Master Scheduler is a full-time, on-site role based in Draycott, Derbyshire. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the master production schedule to ensure that customer demand, inventory targets, material availability, and capacity constraints are balanced effectively. This role is a key enabler of operational efficiency, future business success, and cross‑functional alignment across Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Finance.

• Continuously develop and maintain the master production schedule in line with customer expectations, while ensuring level production and keeping manning fluctuations to a minimum week to week.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance to ensure the schedule is realistic, achievable and in line with business expectations.
