Master Scheduler (CNC / Contract Manufacturing)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Master Scheduler to take full ownership of production scheduling across a complex CNC machining environment.
This individual will operate as the central point of control for prioritization, backlog management, and real-time production adjustments, ensuring on-time delivery across a high mix, low volume manufacturing operation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring strong decision-making, accountability, and the ability to continuously improve scheduling outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the master production schedule in a fast-paced CNC machining environment
Prioritize and sequence work based on customer POs, production capacity, and deadlines
Utilize JobBoss ERP system (or similar ERP/MRP tools) to manage scheduling and workflow
Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules in real time to address deviations
