Position Summary

Make and implement the optimized production plan and effectively utilize company resources to meet planned production costs and standards to fulfill customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Make production plans according to demand forecast
• Adjust plans to adapt design changes / revision levels / FIFO and shortage of material / manpower / equipment break down
• Monitor the production activity and analyze the production and material data to meet the production demand and escape to appropriate level
• Provide the short‑term demand forecast information
• Leading a safety‑first approach maintaining a zero‑accident culture. Ensure and monitor work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the business
• Fulfill assigned primary, secondary and or tertiary deputy/back‑up roles as assigned and required on occasion by business....
