Master Planner: Sheet metal Fabrication

Position Summary:

Develops, maintains, and oversees the master schedule to optimize workflow, inventory levels, and capacity. Bridges the gap between sales forecasting and production, ensuring on-time delivery by coordinating materials, staffing, and equipment using our ERP system.

Core Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: Creates and maintains the master production schedule (MPS) to align with sales forecasts and customer orders.




• Capacity Planning: Evaluates manufacturing capacity (0-36 months) to determine material and resource requirements.




• Inventory Management: Monitors inventory levels (raw materials and finished goods) to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess.




• Collaboration: Leads or participates in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams. Responsible for overseeing the activit...
