As a Master Planner, you take on a central role in aligning customer demand with production capacity. You ensure smooth operations, on‑time deliveries, and continuous improvement. Location: Mezzovico (TI). Contract type: Permanent. Start date: Immediately or by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Creation & Maintenance of the MPS: Development and continuous updating of the Master Production Schedule, considering customer demand, capacities, and material availability, and integration into the ERP system including purchasing requirements.
• Capacity and Feasibility Planning: Responsibility for Rough‑Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) within the S&OP process and ensuring that the production plan is realistic and 100% achievable.
• Cross‑functional Coordination: Close collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure an integrated and realistic planning approach.
