Master Maintenance Technician

**Job Description**
Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all mechanical systems at the plant including utility systems, process systems, and waste handling systems.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Complete SAP reporting
+ Operate, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems according to DFA procedures
+ Perform required preventative maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes according to DFA maintenance procedures at the wastewater facilities
+ Daily operation of Wastewater Plant.
+ Maintaining daily sampling routine.
+ Performing COD, TSS, Total Solids, DO, and other analysis on daily samples.
+ Performing root cause analysis of operational and mechanical issues.
+ Interpreting daily results for operational trends.
+ Making informed adjustments based on Daily data collection.
+ Monitoring microbial condition of sludge and various stages of process.
