Master Data and Governance Lead

We are looking for a strong and business-minded Master Data & Governance Lead to drive the next phase of our master data transformation and help establish a high-quality, well-governed centralized data function. This role will play a critical part in leading Phase 2 of our STIBO MDM implementation, with a focus on pricing scenarios, location master, supplier master, and weight-based item capabilities, while also strengthening standards, procedures, and governance across the broader data organization.

This position is both strategic and hands‑on. It will require leadership across project delivery, master data design, data quality, governance, team management, and stakeholder alignment. The role will work closely with business owners, IT, Digital, Data & Technology teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure that master data is structured, governed, and managed in a way that supports scalable business operations and future transformation initiatives.
