- Overall command of the vessel and crew
- Ensure safe navigation and ship handling at all times
- Oversee cargo operations, stability, and seaworthiness
- Maintain compliance with international rules, company policies, and port regulations
- Lead onboard safety, drills, and emergency response
- Manage documentation, reports, and communication with office and authorities
- **Requirements**:
- Valid Master Mariner (Unlimited) CoC
- Recent experience as Master or Chief Officer on bulk carriers
- Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS, and international maritime regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and crew management skills
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Master must have valid US Visa
