**Job Scope:**

+ Perform professional caulking and sealant applications on masonry, stone, concrete, and historic building materials
+ Install and tool expansion joint sealants with precision
+ Apply waterproofing systems to protect and preserve masonry substrates
+ Use proper materials, methods, and tools to ensure long-lasting, watertight results
+ Operate and maintain caulking equipment and slickers
