Maryland 1st Grade Stationary Engineer

We are seeking skilled Stationary Engineers to join our team in Edgewood, MD, a vibrant community known for its rich history and proximity to beautiful natural landscapes. This role involves collaboration within a team on rotating shift schedules as necessary.

• Monitor and interpret readings on gauges, meters, and charts to oversee various aspects of system operation.


• Adjust controls as needed to ensure safe and efficient system operation and meet service demands.


• Record system parameters on log sheets and ensure proper equipment operation.


• Maintain machinery and equipment within the system in good working order.


• Potentially supervise and coordinate activities of other workers (excluding stationary engineers) involved in tasks directly related to system operation and maintenance.
