We’re currently looking for a high‑caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Lead Counsel, Markets Fixed Income Asia Legal – Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Lead Counsel 2 - Product - C13), based in Singapore. This role is part of the Markets Fixed Income Asia Legal team, covering fixed income, derivatives, rates, foreign exchange, repacks, note issuances, structured loans and products across APAC.

Report directly to a senior member of the Markets Fixed Income Asia Legal team and be expected to cover all requirements of the team, including providing legal and regulatory advice, litigation management, regulatory/policy interpretation, transactional and advisory work, documentation, business development and participation in industry‑based initiatives.
