ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage social media, support marketing tools, and explore new technologies (including AI)

What They Will Do

• Review content calendars and trackers
• Check posts (QA) before publishing (format, links, visuals)
• Monitor engagement (comments, basic metrics)
• Prepare simple performance reports for social media accounts

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Explore basic use of AI tools for content support (drafts, summaries, captions)
• Test simple tools that improve workflow (scheduling, reporting, organization)
• Share observations on what works and what can be improved
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with tools and spreadsheets
• Familiar with social media platforms
• Curious about AI and willing to try new tools
