QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including: Social media marketing, Content strategy, SEO/SEM, Email marketing, Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
