About the Role
We are looking for a highly execution-focused and data-driven HubSpot Specialist to join our team and help scale Truckopedia’s lifecycle marketing and customer engagement systems across products such as eForm 2290, eMCS, eUCR, and upcoming compliance solutions like IFTA.
In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Product, Analytics, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams, owning the day-to-day management and optimization of our HubSpot ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and scaling lifecycle journeys, CRM automation and lead flows that directly contribute to overall growth.
The role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, automation logic, data hygiene, and performance optimization, with a focus on creating scalable systems that improve communication relevance, reduce operational inefficiencies, and maximize the effectiveness of our lifecycle initiative...
