About the role


We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the engine behind our EMEA marketing organization. This role owns the systems, processes, data, and governance that enable marketing teams to scale efficiently, make smarter decisions, and drive measurable impact. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, digital marketing, analytics, and technology, turning strategy into execution.

Location: Madrid, Milan or Paris (Voisins-le-Bretonneux)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the marketing operations platform (DAM APRIMO, Asana, SharePoint)

  • Design, document, and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and consistency

  • Manage campaign execution workflows, timelines, and governance

  • Lead marketing operations data management, reporting, and dashboarding to support decision-making
