As the CRM & Email Marketing Manager, you are the architect of our lead-to-revenue engine and the primary guardian of our HubSpot ecosystem. Success in this role means building a frictionless automation bridge between marketing interest and sales conversion, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. Maintaining a high-performance email delivery system that connects to our prospects. Your work provides the foundational infrastructure that allows the rest of the marketing team to scale their impact.
Key Responsibilities
Administers the HubSpot portal including data architecture, property mapping, and third-party integrations.
Develops sophisticated lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent prospects for the sales team.
Constructs multi-touch email nurture sequences that guide MQLs through the buyer’s journey based on behavioral triggers.
