WHAT YOU'LL DO
Marketing
- Film and edit video content for social media such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube
- Write scripts and develop content ideas that engage cycling enthusiasts
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms
- Track post performance and suggest improvements based on data
Operations
- Manage and update inventory records accurately
- Assist with client enquiries, orders, and after-sales follow-ups
- Support day-to-day shop operations and admin tasks
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects as the business grows
