Marketing Operations & Finance Analyst

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Understand and align with the annual marketing strategy and associated financial plan.
+ Ensure that the marketing budget is accurately tracked and maintained throughout the year.
+ Serve as point of contact with finance to create blanket purchase orders for distributors and partners.
+ Serve as a liaison with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure invoices are received and processed on-time
+ Manage payment issues by coordinating with internal finance teams and external partners.
+ Assist with shipping marketing demos and giveaways for partner-hosted events throughout the year.
+ Coordinate with AP to create invoices for partner sponsorships and booth spaces for our annual, global NI Connect event.
+ Support continuous process improvements and assist with other projects as bandwidth allows.
