Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Manager, Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, market intelligence, customer engagement, and commercial marketing activities for the XPENG brand under Bermaz Auto Group.

This role requires a hands‑on and versatile marketing professional who can manage both strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution across brand communication, campaign management, digital marketing, market analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with the Head of Operations, the role supports business growth, strengthens brand presence, and ensures alignment with XPENG global standards and direction.
