What you'll do:

• Drive brand strategy & positioning to build strong market presence in Malaysia
• Lead new product development & launches from concept to execution
• Plan and execute integrated digital, retail, & offline marketing campaigns
• Work closely with agencies, trade partners, & internal teams to maximize impact
• Track performance, manage promotions, & ensure strong ROI and P&L discipline
• Lead & develop a high-performing marketing team
